Good Morning

A fine commute in this morning....a perfect 60 degree's when we left the house.

Izzy seems too think its early.....she's almost always a sleep by the time we get too daycare. When we roll by the shop though she's yelling "bike shop, bike shop".

Ever since the waters have went down to a reasonable level Teri and I've been seeing this little older fella. He's riding to Sycamore Access to fish....he's always happy, but doesn't seem to know any english.

We went out last night to catch some lightning bugs for Izzy to play with. Izzy wasn't the only one amazed by their lighting up. Bianchi sat there and clawed at the jar for a good 30mins, with Izzy just laughing.

Taco Ride tonight 6pm....HillSide and Roller Coaster via Dirty Express and thee Connector Trail. I'm not sure if I'll be there, maybe at the shop for a beer. We have to pack up the goods we're taking to Boone this weekend for Grandma's B-Day.

Damn...... I'm not as fat as I thought I was. A very nippley morning commute, one can't complain about that in the middle of July:) Typical commute....met Jason at the tressel for some safety talk...then high tailed it to work......Chica Ride tonight tell your ladies to get out and mingle with their fat tires:) 6pm Ashworth Pool parking lot. Thats all I have.....why do gears have to be so damn fun:)?

I told you that I wasn't fat enough yet....had to break out a craft base layer, arm warmers, and knee warmers.....

Look who's back in action....picked up some wheels for the fixie finially...black rims, hubs, and spokes....purdy hot:)

before I ran into Jason, before Jason had his mechanical....busted chain....we cobbled it back so he could pussy foot it too work....

can you see my blown wad.....S-Works Tarmac.....hot pissy:) I wanted to see what all this Carbon, Duruace....bs was about.....ok so I like the bike,well hell could be love....the Tarmac is one of the many test rigs we're taking on Ragbrai....I think...hell all I know is this is the only chance of me riding a sweet rig:) All week and next:)....Gears are fast...did you guys know that shit:) I felt completely safe running through them all too:)

Commuting..Starting Thee Day Right

I was pleasantly surprized that I only had to dismount for one tree on the black label this morning....tree was in between Urbandale Ave & 30th street

poison poop on the left side for sure....thanks for telling me that Jason:) Funny I get that crap so easy...and still I don't pay attention......take me away morning commute:)

Jasons new Redline...yeah he bought it from the chain store, but we understand that some of us mates have a budget/want it right now....its all good my brutha your out there doing it.....sweating your ass off killing dreams of those whom sit on their asses eating potato chips, slugging brews in the comfort of their AC....Killing Dreams and I love it:)

Friday morning I'll be hitting Seven Oaks up for a ride with brutha CVO....from the Lincoln sceen, we'll be riding around 6:30am....YOU KNOW YOU WANT SOME...a loop or two then off too work. Saturday Teri and I will be hitting Seven Oaks up again....I would say around 8am on this ride....get yer asses out for a spin with us:) Then Sunday I'll be throwing down at Seven Oaks for the XC race......going to see how my untrained ass stacks up against the Experts on me favorite local trail...hoping not too puke:) More news on Iowas 24 hr race....they have thrown in a 12hr race also.....how fucking cool is that.....Kyle, Ron....and the rest of you mates....ya'll kick ass:)!!
