Have Bikes....Need Boat:)

Woke up this morning to...

thee most water we've had in the bike room too date. Good thing I went home yesterday and cleaned out the plugged gutters or we'da for sure had a big ole' pond down there...

not going under any of the bridges off of black label this morning....todays commute consisted of all urban streets:) Photo of 63rd street...

had too run the burley with thee "mud flap" in the down postion...even with fenders on the ole' burley got a good mud makeover....I didn't quite have the flap velcro'ed shut...so Izzy had herself a small mud makeover also:)

NW 66th ave...this field on Wednesdays commute had some water in the ditches surrounding it....now you could easily float it with a boat....

Carney Marsh had also pushed out of its banks this morning....

Who else had the surprize of water in the basement today? I know Johnny is home right now with a back up sewer in his....sorry too hear that bro. Working the Copper Creek Triathalon this weekend if the rain Gods bless us with no more water:) Hell 4 mile creek may be part of Copper Creek right now:) Went down to the farmers market last night in the Junction....picked up some peaches and cream sweet corn along with a bottle of Outback Zac from Southern Hills Winery in Osceola for tonights dinner. The lady selling the wine had Teri and I good and buzzed by the time we left from sampling all that she had and then some more:) I think the sales lady was a little buzzed too. Heres to a great Friday...and may the wind Gods turn so we can get blowed home:)

Peace & Good Day

Hey man, I've got a wet/dry shop vac if you need to suck up any of that water. At least you didn't have the water that Grand/63rd had on early this morning. Looked to be a foot or deeper in spots.

thats why we bought a house on a hill:) The man hole at Grand and 4th st. was pushing water out the top when we went by.

Peace

Good thing I didn't try my commute this morning. I would have been SOL on my black label route.

Ugh! Too much wet man, I feel for you. Wish I could tell you it's better here. We got it coming in top side. Sleepless nights waiting for the drip to begin. Fixie's getting all my love. I long for dirt!
