Not much on today, just mushrooming in the rain...thinking about the Trans Iowa mates and thier battle with the elements. Sounds like they are calling it a day in Algona, still waiting to hear who made it there first. Looks like rain here tomorrow also... our creeks are going to come out soon....damn it.

in my boredom fueled blog-navigating i was checkin out the brotherhood. and as it turns out Scott the dude who is the author of the monkeyphile i met and spent the month of june last year with out in oregon at United Bicycle Institute. Dont let his quite and unassuming tone fool you this dude is a machine.....both on and off of the bike. Then after he is done he will put your ass under the table. He is located in north carolina and i live in various places in iowa...gotta love how conected the bike scene is.
