Rally Ride a Huge Success/Bonebender Weather:)
A great evening to ride with like minded folks. Teri, Izzy, Steve and I had a great time. On the way back we took to the black label, stopped at the Grey's Lake kibo for Teri and thought it time to have a High Life. While waiting Joyce Bricker pulls up mumbling something about having held her #1 since we left Rassy's. This awesome lady was a talker, after doing the deed she proceeded to ask for some guidance back to Rassy's. We were on our way to Giff's for tacos so we oblidged by getting her to old Valley Drive by Denmans, but not without a few stories:) I won't get into those, but I will tell you Joyce may be over weight (and she'll tell you she is) although riding back with her you would have never known. We held 17mph all the way back almost with Joyce never breathing hard, while telling a few stories, while riding a mtb, with flats and tennie shoes...it was AWESOME. Could be she does Tri's and runs Marathons:) Hell ole' Joyce is just out there Killing Dreams:) We parted ways and headed to Giffs. After a couple tacos, beers and Izzy's chicken fingers it was go home and veg. Tomorrow is the BoneBender 6hr, I'll be looking for top 3 SS, rain is forcasted at 70%...I would prefer it stay away but I'm ready to Suck It Up if it does. Tom Anderson, Rick Blackford, Jordan Johnson and I will be flying the black flag!
Peace

good luck and may the black force be with you.
Joyce is awesome! - She did all the ISU races and always had some good stories to tell!!
good luck man.
The only year I did all of Ragbrai Joyce was with our group from the Boone Bike Club and would leave with Jerry and Sherwood in the morning and talk her way across the route! Always a fixture at BRR too! My kids know her as The Brickster! She's cool for sure. Later!
You are darker than the storm clouds, you are a powerful force. Tear that shit up boys!!!
(I need coffee)
Keep an eye out for those mushrooms and let us know when you find them. Good luck on your ride. Tim (Airboat)
