Had a great day at work yesterday...drank entirely to much coffee......perhaps an OD for me:) John and I went on whats become our regular mid morning snow shoe hike. Once back I went to the warehouse to finish cleaning up an area for us to do our secret workouts. More on that in the coming weeks. On the way home (I'd planned on riding my bike home, but ended up riding with Teri) I had an incredible headache, with my stomach not feeling good. Had planned on attending the Jester Park meeting but that was now out as when I got home I simply laid down and awoke 12hrs later feeling much better and very happy that it didn't stick around for today. Another snow shoe in the days plan. May your Friday kick ass!
