Saturday morning Teri, Bianchi and I went for a run through Denmans Woods. I haven't ran for a long time....funny thing is I was always good at it just really didn't enjoy it. Saturdays run was different...as I really enjoyed the run. Saturday afternoon was spent drinking way too many beers during the Big Wheel Rally.....Sunday was spent walking funny:) Cold as all get out today....don't matter....Teri and I are going to hit North side Targhetto for a Fish Camp run out and back this afternoon.

Yeah, I never thought I'd like hiking or trail running, but I gotta say - its not bad, especially over the winter months.
