Question for you on that tensioner. Is is spring loaded? Or, do you run the chain a little looser since that ring is biopace? Just curious. I am looking for a tensioner that is not fixed. Thinking of running a 2x1 with the two up front.

Boss....I don't know about that, but damn straight gotta keep her happy:) yup spring loaded...its a cheap one....I prefer the Surly when not running a true single:)

I've got some Biopace rings down in the basement. Never tried them, but heard their really hard on the knees.
