Change Is Good

Changing up thee blog a little bit...working on a race schedule also....endurance racing is where I want too go....but I'm sure I'll have some XC races in there.....and maybe just maybe a few crits....maybe....no matter what I need to pound miles out on the road this year. Great riding over the weekend with some good mates...can't wait till next weekend:) Already lost me 5lbs for the challenge.....I'm at 146 this morning....think I could break 140.....lean and mean....well maybe not so much mean:)

Peace and Have A Great Fucking Monday!!

cold one this a.m. I'm going to ride home through center and try and find me light. got a new one, but never hurts to have lights. commuting this week at all?

peace my friend.

Like the new look! A couple days ago, you mentioned that you were going to train with gears, but race single. Is that the way the LaLonde brothers do it?

Peace,
Randle
