Good Day for Soup:)

When its shitty out....I suggest SOUP for thee soul:)

10 potatos, 6 stalks celery, carrots too your liking, 1 purple onion, 2lbs sliced ham:)

its all about color kiddies:)

I hate it when soup is skimpy on the meat, so I don't fuck around:)

Get down:)

Receipt:

10 potatoes
1 onion
3 cups cut carrots
6 celery stalks
8 tbsp. butter
8 tbsp. flour
6 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese

Cut potatoes into small chunks with carrots and celery. Place in pot; cover with water and boil 11 minutes. While potatoes are cooking - melt butter, add flour to make a paste. Add milk and bring to boil, then let it start to cool.

Drain water from potatoes and add potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, ham to milk mix. Put on low heat. Add shredded cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until cheese is melted. I let it cook on low heat for a little while to soften up the onion just a little bit:)
