Leland Beadle
1943 - 2007
Leland Wayne Beadle, age 63, of Corydon, and formerly of Boone, died March 30, 2007, in Corydon. His body has been cremated and Memorial Services will be Friday, April 6, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at Sixth and Marshall. Burial of his cremains will be in the Zion Cemetery in Williamson at a later date.
Leland was born in Chariton, Iowa, on May 23, 1943, the son of John and Beulah (Elliott) Beadle. He graduated from Chariton High School and lived most of his life in Williamson. He was a mechanic for Duesenberg in Des Moines. Leland enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his father, a son, Wayne Beadle, and a brother, Larry Beadle. He is survived by a daughter, Tammy Crouch and husband Dale of Boone; his mother, Beulah Beadle of Chariton; two brothers, Ronnie Beadle and Roy Beadle, both of Chariton; three sisters, Silvia Donham and husband Jim of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Linda Williams and husband Bud of Boone, and Tula Adams and husband Gene of Chariton; three grandchildren, Heather Kepley and husband Tom, Kevin W. Frank, and Gary Draper; two great grandchildren, Cheyenne Kepley and Kurren Frank. Friends may call at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel on Friday from 11 a.m. until service time.
Memorials may be given to the family to be used at their discretion.
