With the rain last night Teri, John, Jeff and I decided we'll be hitting gravel. What a perfect morning I should have commutted but I didn't have me shit ready...go figure...48 degrees and no wind....perfect. Found all my QCP training info. from 05...just happen to be specific training for the Trans Iowa I,which I didn't get to compete due to my Grandfather passing...may he rest in peace. I'll start my regimen on Jan. 1...after adding up the months hrs it looks like January 07 will hold 54hrs of saddle time......not to bad for a beginner:)
