Urbanna last night/Ultra.....Sound:)

Yesterday Teri had her first ultrasound at the Doc's office. We were told by her intital doc visit that Teri was 9 to 10 wks, boy he was a little off. Now we know for sure that its 9wks as of yesterday. Very cool to hear the little heart beat just a racing, like it was in there on some sort of trainer spinning its ass off for future ass kicking:) All in all a good visit.

Started the ride from Rassy's at around 6:10 after a nice cold bevey. Kyle Sedore, Mike Lebeda, Sammy Lopez and I were planning on riding dirt but we'd assumed it would be soft with our 40 degree temp, so we opted for some Urbanna Goodness through West Dead Moines. Good ride, nobody crashed (DAMN IT), some pond pavement sprints, all in all good pace, around 1hr 45min ride time with just under 20miles. A few pic.
