I've had this bike since 1997 and still love it. She's seen many, many miles of Colorado trails along with many, many more here in the midwest. Lots of memories and good times flash before my eyes when I ride/look at this bike. About 3yrs ago I noticed this....
Enter turning her into a Skibike for a couple of years. Although now she's built back up and being ridden as she should be. Didn't give much thought to warranty with her being so old and I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE UP THE FRAME! Well that all changed last night with me simply wanting to drink a beer with the guy's. Raleigh rep. say's hell yeah we'll replace the frame and you can keep your old one....well slap me silly:) I'm thinking an up graded trade is appropriate
this XXIX Pro frame would make a sawheat ass 29'r for Teri Sue....don't-cha think:)?

Kick ass man! You were just telling me about that crack last night. Great tearing up a little dirt with you last night. I put in a couple good night laps too and called it about 9.
