Felt like I'd had some beers last night while riding my rollers....road off the damn things twice while fucking with my HR montior. Lesson... put the HR on the damn handle bar. Headed out for 3hrs of zone 2 (funny I just learned what that is) this afternoon....in shorts and knee warmers....YEE HAW!
