1.25hrs on the trainer is killing me.......I'm so weak, I'm so bored, The Gift...made me almost jump off the bike in one sceen:) Outside this afternoon big wheels:)

Squirell, I love that quote of Lou's at the top of your blog. It pumps me up and makes me a more disciplined rider. Thanks for putting it back up and giving me a little reminder of the guys who are for real. All I can think of when I read this is...I've got to train harder!!
