07 Season

50-300 milers, 24hr racing....and then of course what ever Teri wants to do. She had all last year off so I'll bow out to get her back to where she is comfortable in the racing sceen. If I only get to do 5 or 6 races or less this year that is fine with me...I'll just have to pick the right ones:) I will be doing a eastern ultra for sure I really want to kick it with Elk and the Spot Brand Whores, I've been reading his blog for months now and he sure seems like one cool fit kat.

Well I went and did it I signed up for the Des Moines Dirty Duathlon today so I'd better get out and run at least once or twice before:) I ran cross country all through High School so I shouldn't have a problem.... that and the race is in our woods:) I was actually good at running I just never really enjoyed it:) Last nights fixie ride was 2.5hrs of good times...rode through the Center Trails then hit up the city streets instead of gravel.....35 mph gusts made me change me mind:) Just kicking back tonight I think.....
