05 Halloween Party at Rassy's
Today Teri and I celebrate another year of loving and liven:) How fucking cool is that shit:) Going out for some lunch then hitting a movie, can't get to wild with Teri starting her nineth month on the 28th...not long now kiddies:)
I got my ass up early this morning and went to Boone to do a couple laps on the 24 course. Rode at a hemhaw pace that I hope will get me through this with 20 laps (or more). Main goal of today was to see what that pace felt like and how the 34x21 felt...pace felt good with me first lap at a 44min and the second a 46min in a 6.3mile loop right now. I think it may grow another .25 or a little more. Gearing will be changed to a 34x23:) Other than that....bring on the delisions:)Ran into Baker and Jeff Keil up there throwing down a couple laps too:) Thanks for waiting for me guys:)

try a 32X20.. evetything is smaller and lighter..or 32X21 for the climbs....spin your nuts of squirrel
