Woke early yesterday morning to get some dirt in before the storms, my legs where sore to say the least. Met up with Pistol Pete and Cosmo. I was just out to spin on the flats, while Pete and Cam where there for the usaul dose of pain, 3 laps I would guess. I bailed after 2 flat loops as it was just starting to spit rain/sleet/hail and I didn't want to get caught out in dat shiat. 6hrs of Landahl this weekend jones'n to get on it, I start working at the
Shop today so it looks like I'll be doing some night rides soon to keep logging the miles. If the weather starts to cooperate I'll start commuting to work again which is a nice 20 miles each way, good easy miles on the fixie. Worked the CITA booth at the Bike World Expo yesterday, all was good the place was packed when I showed up and stayed that way till about 4pm. We had 5 new members join, pimping the trails.....GOOD:)!
Before my ride Friday I stopped at the shop to bs a little and picked up a
lift kit for my shoes per Donny's request. If you don't have a nice sole in yer shoe stop down at Rassy's and talk to Donny for the science on this Specailized product. I've ridden 2 day's on them and me feet are so happy. Once again pimping Specialized products:) Check'm out and get down to the shop yo!
