Well I'm back at work and that feels pretty good, although my nose is running like crazy. I don't think I'll ride tonight just going to go home and get my sweat on up stairs with the stairmaster. Damn leave work for a few days and come back to 306 emails, shait its going to take a day just to go through that crap:) Sounds like Dennis had a good race at Landahl this past Sunday. Good job bro! Looks like I might be doing the 3/6hr at Landahl on the 18th (if I can find someone to ride with) as I need it to judge my poor riding condition. 6hrs on the SS....yeah baby just what the doctor ordered:)

Let me know If ya want me to swing out your way on the way down to the 3/6, I've been meaning to visit a few freinds in town anyway.
Walked into a weight machine in the shop warehouse yesterday, bruised the crap out of my shoulder. Hope that goes away quick.
